Ricoh MP 6001, 7001, 8001 & 9001 Spec Review


Ricoh now shipping the MP 6001, 7001, 8001 & 9001 models of b/w laser MFPs:

- replace the 6000, 7000 & 8000 models
- first two digits of model number denote speeds of 60, 70, 80 & 90ppm respectively
- Base MSRPs of $18K, $23K, $28K and $33K
- all models can scan in color
- 30 second warmup time for 6001/7001
- 300 second warmup time for 9001
- first copy out times range from 4.2 seconds to 3.3 seconds
- 4,300 sheet paper capacity
- comes standard with two 550 sheet drawers, and 1550 letter-size sheet drawer
- 100 sheet stack bypass
- Drawers can not hold card stock
- bypass accepts up to 110lb. index
- document feeder holds up to 150 originals
- scan speed of 80opm for b/w and 55opm for color
- document feeder can scan both sides at same time (but it slows down for this mode)
- 1200x1200dpi
